Processing & Shipping Policy
Fangirl Company has a processing time of 72 business hours on all non-customization orders. Processing time allows us to prepare your order for shipping. We do not process or ship on weekends or holidays. If you have any questions about your order, please contact customer support at fansupport@fangirlco.com.
Customization Orders
All of our custom products are hand made to order from local small businesses in Lexington, KY. Our standard lead time from order placement to shipment is up to 4 weeks. Once you place your order, no changes can be made after 24 hours.
Return Policy
Non-Customized Orders
We want you to LOVE your sideline gear! We choose our products based on quality and fit and we inspect each item to ensure our products meet our highest standards prior to shipping it to our customers. Therefore, if you're not happy with your gear, please email fansupport@fangirlco.com and we'll be happy to refund your purchase after we receive your gear and it meets our criteria for return.

Custom items are based on individual customization preferences (please make sure you double check your selections) and are not eligible for return. Please follow all washing and care instructions for your items.
Washing and Care Instructions
Your fan wear has a unique design that needs a special kind of care. Please follow washing guidelines to keep your apparel looking and wearing its best!
- Turn all fan wear inside out prior to washing.
- Wash in COLD water on a gentle cycle.
- Tumble dry on LOWEST heat setting. For best results hang or lay flat to dry.
- DO NOT iron the design.
